These terms of use (together with the separately posted Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy) tells you the terms on which you may make use of our website Ruralmums.com and other websites on which these terms are posted or expressly referenced (“Ruralmums Sites”), whether as a guest or a registered user. Use of our site includes accessing, browsing, or registering to use our site.

By using the Ruralmums Sites, you agree to and will be deemed to be bound by these terms and other applicable policies. USER SUBMITTED CONTENT

VIRUSES

 

  1. We do not guarantee that our site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.

These Terms are effective until terminated by Ruralmums. Ruralmums may terminate these Terms without notice and at any time in connection with any of the Ruralmums Sites. In the event of termination, you are no longer authorized to access those Ruralmums Sites, and the restrictions imposed on you with respect to the Content, and the disclaimers, indemnities, and limitations of liabilities set forth in these Terms shall survive termination.

LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be governed by English law. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
