Parenting is challenging at the best of time, but when you throw Covid into the mix it becomes even more difficult.

We are very lucky to have been given permission by Rutland First CIC to include a series of pre-recorded parenting videos by Dr Pooky Knightsmith, PhD.

The videos were commissioned as part of the Resilient Rutland project which is funded by the National Lottery Community Fund.
