In these unprecedented times, takin care of your mental health is important for everyone. Uncertainty over Brexit, the impact of the pandemic and the continued variability of the weather, has left some farmers and their family members struggling to cope.
In partnership with the Royal Agricultural Benevolent Institution (RABI), Kooth and Qwell are offering free, safe and anonymous online mental wellbeing support. Unlike many services access is immediate, and you can self-refer, there are no waiting lists and the service is available 24/7. The live counselling service is completely anonymous and can be booked ahead of time or drop in sessions are available.
Kooth is delivering the service for those under 18 and Qwell supports adults 18 and over. To support a farmer or farming family member to access support you can signpost them here.
